Attached is the revised hourly rate schedule for our full design team. Many of the firms held their rate structures to the original contract. For those that have increased, we reviewed the proposed hourly rates with the consultant team, and found that where the rates increased above the Denver -Boulder -Greeley C.P.I., they are justified in order to cover increases in health care insurance, professional liability insurance, salary and office overhead. ..
