Project Description: Remove and replace (1) 2 ton/ 80,000 BTU and (1) 3 ton/100,000 BTU gas heat rooftop units with
economizers, and programmable thermostats.
Scope of Services: Demolition and removal of existing roof top unit and hauling away. (1) 2 ton/80,000 btu and (1) 3 ton/] 00,000
BTU gas heat rooftop unit with economizers. Adapter roof curbs. Reclaim refrigerant and dispose of both units. Install new programmable
thermostats, test and program. New condensable "P" trap drains. Includes crane for lifting new units and removal old units from roof.
Service Provider agrees to perform
the services identified above and on
the attached forms in accordance
with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Services
Agreement between the parties. In
the event of a conflict between or
ambiguity in the terms of the
Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms)
the Services Agreement shall
control.
