The Uniqueness of the Product
The product we offer is unique in that we offer convenient, fast service, friendly staff and just the
all around fun of stopping for a No Bones meal. Our establishment offers an outdoor gathering
place for locals or visitors to "catch up" on the latest. We bring old time fun into a fast paced
world. We appeal to people from 1 to 100. We offer a "come as you are" atmosphere. We serve
only the best products available featuring an all beef product line that seems to appeal to people
that are conscientious about product content.

Land Use
No Bones L.L.C. should be a welcome business in the downtown plan. There are several
businesses that operate in the evening hours and we can offer quality fast food at a reasonable
price. We will be available to pedestrian foot traffic as well as the driving public as there appears
to be adequate parking for those that would need it.

Security Plan
Our security plan includes:
• A money drop safe built into our concession cart to minimiany possibility of theft.
We keep a listing of all municipal emergency numbers at hand, including business cards
with phone numbers to call for assistance in the event someone would prefer not to
operate there vehicle at any particular time.
We will at all times have not one but two cell phones at our disposal in the event we
would need to report a critical situation to a 911 emergency response team.
The Parking Design
The parking design in this immediate area appears to be ideal for our business as there is
apparently adequate parking in the rear area or off the ally behind one tavern and to the rear or
back of a movie theater in additional to numerous spaces on Oak Street adjacent to our vending
cart as well as on street parking on College Avenue.
On Site Maintenance
The maintenance for our vending site will have a plan of using a plastic reinforced tarp
immediately under our food preparation area. We plan to make arrangements with the city to
have our site periodically cleaned with a high pressure steam washer to maintain the integrity of
the concrete.
Vendor Equipment Maintenance
♦ The maintenance of our equipment will be on going throughout our hours of operation as
we believe cleanliness is essential in our commitment to our customers to serve a
healthful, nutritious fast food product at a modest price that anyone can afford.
♦ Our off site maintenance will be done at a local commissary to allow us to thoroughly
clean our equipment in a sanitary environment and to properly dispose of our gray water
and any other refuse as needed.
Economic Development
Economic growth can be achieved when we make our product available to those people who
don't want to necessarily take the time from their busy shopping schedule to go into a sit down
type establishment. They can come as they are without feeling any interference with their time
schedule.
