Quantities on excavation and base are estimated higher than normal however
subgrade conditions may affect quantity higher or lower. All items will be billed
at the unit price based on actual field quantities.
Demo price includes excavation under the existing asphalt to get to subgrade.
Sub base price is discounted for city provided and hauled
We propose hereby to furnish material and labor -complete in accordance with the above
specifications.
Payment to be made as follows: 30 days
All work to be completed in a professional manner according to
standard practices. All materials guaranteed as specified. Any
alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra
cost will be executed only upon written orders. Authorized Signature
