Subject: CrossCurrents Contract, January Through December, 2004
Attached is a copy of the contract between the City of Fort Collins and the League of Women
Voters for production of the television program, "CrossCurrents," for the period of January -
December, 2004. Also attached are the City's programming policies for City Cable 27 and a
master list of proposed program topics for the contract period. There are no substantive changes
in this contract from contracts agreed to in previous years.
For the past twelve years, the City has been producing "CrossCurrents" on City Cable 27 with
the cooperation of the League of Women Voters. The program has proven to be a valuable
public service. Each monthly edition of the program is focused on discussion of issues of local
importance or with a local impact. I recommend that you approve this contract for continuation
of "CrossCurrents" through 2004.
