HomeMy WebLinkAboutAddenda - BID - 5813 SPRING CREEK TRAIL REHABILITATIONCitv of Fort Collins Administrative Services Purchasing Division City of Fort Collins Bid #5813 SPRING CREEK TRAIL REHABILITATION Addendum No. 1 Specifications and Contract Documents Description of Bid # Bid No. 5813 Spring Creek Trail Rehabilitation OPENING DATE: October 7, 2003, 3:00 p.m. (Our Clock) To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the following clarifications are hereby made. 1. The City will provide the contractor with a map outlining the detour route. The contractor will be responsible for adding a sign at each intersection along the proposed detour route. 2. Replace detail drawing #5 (4' concrete walk) with attached detail drawing #5 (4' and 5' concrete walk). 3. Remove the gray concrete at the north end of the trail and replace with colored 10' concrete. 4. Remove and replace the concrete flare at the end of the bridge in handicap accessible area. Leave the 5' concrete flat area immediately adjacent to the bridge. 5. Extend gray concrete to bridge abutments at second bridge north of Drake Street entrance. 6. City will handle any tree trimming or moving deemed necessary. 7. City will mow grass in areas as needed.
