Good Morning Opal,
As you know, Rita DeCourcey is out on emergency leave, and we have asked Dave Agee, Government
Financial Solutions, Inc., to assist us with the Banner system while she is out. Because of Dave's
experience as the former Utilities Finance Director, he has the unique background and knowledge
necessary to maintain the Banner billing system, and he will also be doing some transition training with
me.
Presently, I anticipate approximately $7,000 in consulting costs to be charged to 554.9220.528180, and
am requesting a purchase order for that amount.
