STANDARD PROPOSAL
Lump Sum Amount (excluding tax) 1 900.
Items Included and Erected;
1) All 3 x 3 tube steel and plate for (1) stair roof enclosure
2) Includes angles bolted / welded to TS frame for glass stops
3) Metal roof deck (1.5 B 22 ga. G60)
4) Bolts and plates used to connect our work to existing concrete
5) Shop prime painting (std grey, excludes sand blasting)
6) Crane to set frames in place (will require temporary closure of garage entrance - 4 to 6 hrs.)
Schedule:
1) Allow 3-4 weeks to submit shop drawings after notice to proceed
2) Allow 3-4 weeks to fabricate and deliver material after return of approved shop dwgs.
3) Allow 2-3 days to erect
Payment Terms:
Net 30 days after receipt of invoice, no retainage.
