BID NUMBER: 5781 DESCRIPTION: Construction of an approximately 8,900 square feet building, including sitework, utilities, landscaping and an underground irrigation system. Exterior will be CMU and brick and CMU veneer over metal stud or CMU back-up. Interior finishes will include painted gypsum board partitions, ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, suspended acoustical ceiling, wood and hollow metal doors and frames. Reason for change: Incorporation of various Proposal Requests and miscellaneous changes. 2. Description of change: PR #5 — Add Altro Safety Flooring to the Test Bench area - $12,147.00; PR #8 — Add 3' Sidewalk along South side of Meter Shop - $1,590.00; PR #9 — Relocate roof drain penetrations through concrete foundation - $975.00; PR #11 — Change floor tile pattern in Restrooms - $253.00; PR #12 — Provide 4" round dryer vents - $1,042.00; PR #13 — Add HM windows in the Work Room & Staging Room - $3,611.00; PR #14 — Add sink to Mechanical Room - $2,708.00; PR #16 — Add pre -finished gutter and downspouts and tie into storm drain - $4,762.00; PR #17 — Change wall of Bag Room to 4" masonry block - $482.00; Miscellaneous Electrical Changes - $677.00; Change paint in shop area to epoxy - $1,334.00; Delete interior signage — ($346.00); Remove curb and walk and replace with ramp - $403.00. 3.
