BID SCHEDULE
Our firm will remove lead containing materials by competent persons trained, knowledgeable
and qualified in the techniques of lead abatement. This includes the handling and disposal of
lead -containing and lead -contaminated materials and the subsequent cleaning of contaminated
areas. The Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and
be capable of performing the work specified in this Contract.

Colorado Environmental Services Ltd. is pleased to submit this proposal to clean and
dispose lead containing materials from the referenced location.
The scope of the work is included in specifications.
The price to complete this work will be $ 49,136.00
Included in this price will be all labor, material, transportation, disposal, insurance and
documentation. Bond and prevailing wage are not included. All work will be done in strict
accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Owner or client will provide electricity
