POUDRE TRAIL REHABILITATION
SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of Bid #5800 Poudre Trail Rehabilitation
OPENING DATE: The Opening Date has been changed to July 28, 2003, 3:00p.m.
(Our Clock).
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes are hereby made.
1. If additional traffic control is needed at the time of the construction, the City of Fort
Collins will address it as a change order.
2. If import topsoil is needed at the time of construction, the City of Fort Collins will
address it as a change order.
3. Park Planning and Development is currently working with a contractor to remove
hazard trees along the trail. Work is scheduled and will be done prior to the start of
this contract. After trees are removed, a clear area along the trail of 15' wide by 15'
high will exist for construction access.

RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN
