If additional traffic control is needed at the time of the construction, the City of Fort Collins will address it as a change order. 2. If import topsoil is needed at the time of construction, the City of Fort Collins will address it as a change order. 3. Park Planning and Development is currently working with a contractor to remove hazard trees along the trail. Work is scheduled and will be done prior to the start of this contract. After trees are removed, a clear area along the trail of 15' .wide by 15' high will exist for construction access.
