BID SCHEDULE
Our firm will remove asbestos containing materials by competent persons trained,
knowledgeable and qualified in the techniques of asbestos abatement. This includes the
handling and disposal of asbestos -containing and asbestos -contaminated materials and the
subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas. The Contractor must comply with all applicable
federal, state, and local regulations and be capable of performing the work specified in the
Asbestos Abatement Work Plan.
City reserves the right to award on grand total or individually.

Colorado Environmental Services Ltd. is pleased to submit this proposal to remove
asbestos containing materials from the referenced location.
The scope of the work is included in specifications.
The price to complete this work will be
$12,300.00 for Brown Property
$11,260.00 for Hazaleus Property
$23,560.00 for Total
Included in this price will be all labor, material, transportation, disposal, insurance and
documentation. Bond and prevailing wage are not included. All work will be done in strict
