BID SCHEDULE
Our firm will remove asbestos containing materials by competent persons trained,
knowledgeable and qualified in the techniques of asbestos abatement This includes the
handling and disposal of asbestos -containing and asbestos -contaminated materials and the
subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas. The Contractor must comply with all applicable
federal, state, and local regulations and be capable of performing the work specified in the
Asbestos Abatement Work Plan.
City reserves the right to award on grand total or individually.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide this Lump Sum cost proposal for the abatement
of the Brown and Hazaleus Properties. RMCAT has received all bid data, as well as
Addendum No. 1 for this Bid Proposal.
RMCAT has years of experience in the Asbestos Abatement field and performs Asbestos
and Mold abatement on residential properties on a routine basis. Our ability to provide a
competitive cost structure, coupled with professional and efficient personnel have earned
RMCAT an excellent reputation in the Asbestos Abatement community and throughout
Colorado, Southwest and Northwestern United States.
This quotation is based upon the original Bid, Addendum and Work Plan provided by
Walsh Environmental Services, dated August 28, 2004. These, in conjunction with
experience gained from numerous single dwelling abatement projects, RMCAT has the
necessary knowledge and experience to successfully execute this project.
Scope of Work:
RMCAT will mobilize a crew to execute the abatement of the structures in accordance
with all OSHA and AHERA specifications. Per Addendum 1, RMCAT will provide all
water and power necessary to complete these projects.
Scheduling:
As per our review of the subject matter, RMCAT is available to execute this project
within the timeline specified in the RFP during Q-4 2003.
