Description of Bid #5794 Elevator Maintenance and Repair
OPEM NG DATE: Change opening date to: June 11, 2003, 2:30pm (Our Clock)
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes are hereby made.
Pre -Bid Conference: Due to vendor requests we will have a pre -bid conference at Operations
Services, 117 N Mason, Fort Collins, on June 3, 2003 at 10:00am_ After a short question and
answer session a City representative will conduct vendors on a walking tour of all elevator
locations.
