Mr. O'Neill,
I am writing you regarding ThyssenKrupp Elevator. I understand that you are interested
in the quality of service that ThyssenKrupp Elevator delivers.
I have worked in the Facility Services Department at Poudre Valley Hospital for
approximately thirteen years. When I started working in Facility Services, Dover
Elevator (which later became ThyssenKrupp Elevator) serviced a portion of our
elevators. They later became the only elevator company we used and they serviced all of
our elevators. I believe that they have worked on the elevators here at Poudre Valley
Hospital for over twenty years. During the thirteen years that I have worked with the
ThyssenKrupp Elevator employees, we have only had four main service representatives.
They have all been exceptional people to work with. Nancy Johnson has been our
primary contact with the main office at ThyssenKrupp. I have to say that both Nancy and
all the service technicians have been wonderful to work with. All have been very quick
to respond to any needs that we called about. I feel the level of service we have received
has been exceptionally good. It has been refreshing to work with both Nancy and all of
the service representatives. They seem to all have a very high regard for delivering high
quality customer service. If we ever had any issues that needed to be resolved, they have
responded quickly to resolve any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone
considering doing business with them.
If you have any further questions regarding ThyssenKrupp Elevator Company, please feel
free to contact me at (970) 495-7450.
Sincerely,

ThyssenKrupp Elevator has been the maintenance contractor for Colorado State
University for the last 12 years. In the time that I have been contract manager the service
has been good. Response to people trapped has been very prompt and our critical dorm
elevators that are used and abused the most are kept running all the time. Our less critical
elevators are also kept to our expectations. The service technicians are courteous and
professional and are willing to answer my questions. The questions I have had on the
invoices have sometimes taken a few days to answer but if mistakes were made they were
promptly corrected. I think there have been about two corrections a year and that seems a
good accuracy rate. I guess the best wrap up would be I was pleased when they retained
the contract on the bid this December.

DMA Plaza has retained ThyssenKrupp Elevator for over 25 years
as our service contractor for our two elevators. We have always
had excellent service from their technicians and from our service
account representative. ThyssenKrupp has also advised us
regarding upgrades which are periodically needed and also for
upgrades from their expertise that would be beneficial to our
elderly population. I would highly recommend their services and
equipment as being superior.
Sincerely,
Ca y Sandfo
