pursuance of and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Invitation
to Bid and Instructions to Bidders, the Agreement, the detailed
Specifications, and the Drawings pertaining to the Work to be done, all of
which have been examined by the undersigned.

Collins, Colorado.
• Hercules Industries: Preconstruction services for a 12,000 square foot masonry
addition with matching facade to an existing building; including an additional
12,000 square foot spec office/warehouse.
• Veeco/Ion Tech: 24,000 square foot pre -cast core and shell .building.
• Vi-Per Investments: Preconstruction services for a 12,000 square foot, two-
story, core and shell finish.
• Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp: 117,700 square foot, $13 million R&D
facility for the development of high tech communication devices. The facility
includes a 30,000-gallon immersion tank, 90,000 square feet of high bay testing
and integration space with 15-ton overhead cranes, and 27,000 square foot office
space. This project is located adjacent to Jefferson County Airport and required
extensive coordination with FFA and Airport Authority, Broomfield, Colorado.
• Quantum Peripherals -Phase 2: An additional 67,000 square feet of research
facility and approximately 20,000 square feet of two-story office space,
Louisville, Colorado.
• Quantum Peripherals -Phase 1: 190,000 square foot facility with 60,000 square
feet of two-story office and cafeteria space and 130,000 square feet of high bay
research and utility support spaces at a total project cost of $49 million,
Louisville, Colorado.
