TRANSFORT HOIST REMOVAL

WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS'
REQUIREMENTS FOR HOIST REMOVAL AT TRANSFORT PER THE BID
INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Fort Collins is requesting bids for bus chassis wash in -ground hoist removal
located at the Transfort Center at 6570 Portner Road. The work will consist of removal
of hoist and contaminated soil and installation of structural fill and 6" concrete including
labor and materials for a complete job. Project must be completed 30 days after notice
to proceed. The successful bidder must enter into the attached services agreement
(sample) and supply proof of insurance "Exhibit B" as requested.
This project is partially Federal funded and includes Davis Bacon wages.
A pre -bid meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2004 at 1:00 pm at the site.
