Scaled Bids will he received by the City of Fort Collins (hereinafter_ referred to
as OWNER), at the cfficc of the Purchasing Division, 3:00 P.M., our clock, on
July 29, 2003, for t1ae North C.:e l.legp Avenue and Jefferson Street /P,,;verslde Avenue
Improvements; Bid No. 5795. If delivered, they are to be delivered to 215 North
Mason Street, 2`'" Floor, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80524. If mailed, the mailing
address is P. C- Box 5601, Fort Collins, C0 80522-0580-

The Contract Documents provide fcr: t. Three intersections and major arterial
roadway reconstructed with 11 �_ inch concrete pavement. Total quantity of
concrete pavement is approximately 1.11,000 square yards. 2. Installation of over
2,000 square, -yards of 6 inch thick concrete decorative sidewalk and bike path.
Brick p:e•,ar bards are included as corner treatments at the intersections. 3.
