Pursuant to our Service Agreement, Section 4, we request a labor increase equal to the Denver -Boulder CPI-U (4.7%) for the next year. The justification for this request is as follows: in 2002, the insurance package for our company increased by 256%. The reasons given to us for such an astronomical increase was the September 11 terrorist attack and the fact that a much larger company acquired our original carrier. We have put our insurance out to bid, but no one has a better price. Also in 2003, through the collective bargaining process, our journeyman technicians will receive a 4.99% increase in their wages and benefits package.
