The justification is as follows: This year (2003) our certified journeymen service technicians received a $1.50 per hour raise in their benefit package. In 2004 they are scheduled to receive a pay increase of an additional $1.60 per hour. This labor cost increase is mandated by the collective bargaining process. Additionally, our building rent is going up as well as our insurance and other costs of doing business. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this 1.6% increase.
