The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from PGA "Class A"
Member Golf Professionals (or equivalent) in good standing, or someone
currently in the Program eligible to become a "Class A" Member, to
contractually manage and supervise the golf operations, driving range,
pro shop functions, & food / beverage concessions at City Park Nine Golf
Course for 2004, with possible renewable annual options through the
year 2008 and beyond. Sealed proposals are due in the City's Purchas-
ing office by 2 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2003.

The City of Fort Collins, Colorado is requesting proposals for the services of Golf Professional /
Concessionaire at City Park Nine Golf Course. Conditions, information and requirements concerning the
services being requested will be included in the Request for Proposals (RFP), found at
www.fcgov.com/purchasing, proposal number P-911.
The City of Fort Collins is hereby requesting proposals for a contractual Golf Professional to manage and
supervise the golf operations, golf shop functions, and food and beverage concessions at City Park Nine
Golf Course, 411 South Bryan Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80521, for the year 2004 with possible annual
renewal options for the years 2005 through 2008; with a possible extension of the original five-year term
for up to five additional years if performance is satisfactory and subject to City Council approval.
Sealed proposals (6 copies) will be received at the office of the Director of Purchasing and Risk
Management, 215 N. Mason Street, 2nd Floor, Fort Collins, CO 80521, (P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO
80522 if mailed) until 2:00 p.m. (our clock), November 7, 2003. Proposal No. P911.
Completion of our written proposal questionnaire and annual payment schedule statement
to/from the City shall accompany any proposal to be considered properly executed.
There will be a pre -proposal meeting on October 29, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. at the City Park Nine, Golf Course
Clubhouse, 411 South Bryan Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80521 to inspect the premises and answer any
questions, which may arise.
A copy of the Proposal may be obtained as follows: (1) Call the Purchasing Fax -line, 970-416-2033 and
follow the verbal instruction to request document # 30911; (2) Download the Proposal/Bid from the
Purchasing Webpage, Current Bids page, at www.fcgov.com/purchasing; (3) Visit Purchasing at 215 N.
Mason Street, 2nd Floor, Fort Collins, and request a copy of the REP.
Top applicants may be interviewed by the RFP review committee. Interviews are tentatively set beginning
at 3:00 P.M. November 20, 2003. The City of Fort Collins reserves the right to accept or reject any and all
proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
