GOLF SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into by and between THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO, a municipal corporation, whose principal offices are at 300 LaPorte Ave., Fort Collins, Colorado,
("City") and JAMES H. GREER ("Contractor"), and shall be effective as of the date signed by the City.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Contractor and the City have previously entered into that certain Golf Services Agreement
dated December 14, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, since the date of the Agreement, the City has completed a new Clubhouse building and
concession space at Collindale Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor have determined that Contractor should assume responsibility for
additional janitorial duties beyond those contemplated by the original Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties therefore desire to amend the Agreement as necessary to reflect the resulting
changes in the rights and responsibilities of the parties in the new Collindale Clubhouse building.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto
agree to amend the terms and conditions of the Agreement as follows:
1. A new Section 8.4 of the Agreement is added to read as follows:
8.4 Janitorial Fee. In addition to the amounts paid by the City to Contractor pursuant to
Section 8.2, above, the City shall pay the following amounts to Contractor for additional janitorial
services: Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($5,400) for 2003; Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
($5,400) for 2004; Five Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($5,700) for 2005; and Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000) for 2006.
2. The existing Section 8.4 is renumbered as Section 8.5, and amended to read as follows:
8.5 Time of Payments. The City shall pay to Contractor the Golf Services Fee, required
under Section 8.2 and the Janitorial Fee, required under Section 8.4, in one annual payment no later than
January 20 of each calendar year of this Agreement; provided, however, that the parties may agree to an
alternate payment schedule.
3. Section 9.3 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:
9.3 Cleaning and Janitorial. The Contractor shall keep the Concession Space and its
fixtures clean and in good sanitary condition as required by the ordinances, resolutions, statutes and
health, sanitary and police regulations of the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer and State of
Colorado. The Contractor shall also be responsible for daily cleaning and janitorial services for the
following: all outside entrances to the Concession Space; the golf cart staging areas and cart storage
areas; the common stairwells and elevator; the lower level storage and club repair rooms; the ladies
storage/lounge room; floor areas and common areas/hallways; long-term lockers; lower level restrooms,
day -use locker areas, and showers. The City shall provide, and retain ownership of, all janitorial
supplies and equipment needed by the Contractor to perform the services required by this Section.

4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect,
except as expressly provided in this First Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this First Addendum to the Collindale Golf
Course Golf Services Agreement to be executed as of the day and year first above written.
