The Phase IIA scope provided for the two months of field work to trap for the Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse (PMJM), after starting the work it was recognized that it would take an additional month to complete the trapping. The Utility also recognized it would be better to have final reports prepared for both PMJM and the wetlands delineation. These were to have been prepared under the Phase IIB scope. 2. Supervise and coordinate the additional field work and report preparation. 3. Increase the contract amount $12,820. 4. No increase in contract time.
