"Dell is honored and delighted to be participating in such a ground -breaking agreement," Ro Parra, Dell
senior vice president, Public Americas and International "WSCA created a way for its members to
receive better value and increase their purchasing power through this unique multi -state contract. Its
membership worked hard to bridge the gap between the states and their individual purchasing
environments. We are also impressed by WSCA's forward -thinking uses of the Internet, from issuing
RFP"s and conducting negotiations to e-commerce."
This is a direct -from -the -manufacturer price agreement that is based on the volume -discounted prices.
The volume is being pooled with other members of the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) to
obtain the very lowest prices. Warranty and maintenance services will be performed by a Dell
subcontractor. This price agreement contains the entire Dell product line plus peripherals. Dell offers
special pricing discounts on single order greater than $25,000.
