Re: P-687 Travel Management Services
The City of Fort Collins has elected to renew P-687 Travel Management Services for the City of
Fort Collins with your firm. The terms and conditions of this renewal will be the same as stated in
the original bid documents, including the 2000 revised pricing and also including the following:
One $15.00 service fee for each ticket issued and the delivery fee for paper tickets will be
increased to $10.00. There will be no fees for refunds and exchanges.
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and return
along with a current copy of your insurance to the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division,
before November 5, 2001. If delivered, please deliver to 215 North Mason Street, 2nd Floor,
Fort Collins, CO 80524. If mailed, the mailing address is P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, Colorado
80522-0580.
If this renewal is not acceptable with your firm, please send us a written notice stating that you
do not wish to renew the bid. If you have any questions regarding this renewal, please contact
Jim Hume, CPPB, Senior Buyer, at 970-221-6776.

In response to the August airline -imposed commission cap, the State of Colorado has
allowed travel agencies at add $3.00 to their service fees. The State has also allowed a
$3.00 fee for refunds and exchanges.
Instead of charging for refunds and exchanges, I propose one $15.00 service fee for each
ticket issued. I also request that the delivery fee for pa t is be i -we ed to W 00
These changes could be implemented on November 1, 2001
