"Tim protect will provide a design to modify an exisfing section of sidowalk between the two
cxisling churches on the east side ol'Shiclds Street (south of Wabash Street), '1'hLte is an exising
swale running from this area to the oast and the sidewalk may be too high to allow proper
overflow drainage.
1. Topographie Survey - King Surveyors will provide a topographic survey of the cast half
of Shields between the 2 drives, the existing drainage swale to the cast and the area north
of the existing south church (approximately 1 acre). Utility One Call Service will be
nntiGcd and tiny utilities that arc marked in the field will be [coaled. Estimated cost:
$1,9110.
2, Drainage Research - Research existing drainage reports and plans for this area to
determine what was the intenclecl design fur the drainage overflow. Estimated cost:
$1,100
3. Irnprovcnrent Plan / bolter - Prepare a plan showing the proposed modifications to the
axiating walk and Swale - existing and proposed grades Will be shown. PYel7are a letter
dcseribing the r'casoning behind the design including reference to the drainage research
