Collins, CO 80525 Re: Proposal P-649 Concessionair: Southridge Golf Course Restaurant/Snack Bar The City of Fort Collins has elected to renew the purchase of Proposal P-649 Concessionair: Southridge Golf Course Restaurant/Snack Bar for the City of Fort Collins with your firm. The terms and conditions of this renewal will be the same as stated in the original bid documents. If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and return it along with a current copy of your insurance to the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division, 256 W. Mountain, Fort Collins, CO 80521, before December 10, 1998. If this renewal is not acceptable with your firm, please send us a written notice stating that you do not wish to renew the bid. Therefore, in consideration of the aforementioned... You may desire to pay to the City of Fort Collins an annual fee payment in either a flat -rate amount, or on a percentage basis, and/or make an in -kind contribution of a specific dollar value. Additionally, as the concessionaire we received $7,700 in janitorial compensation from the city for a rent net of $8,300. The janitorial contract calls for complete services of Southridge Golf Course common area, the indoor restrooms, and the Bunker House restrooms. Our value contributions above break down as follows: Mackenzie's Pub & Grill is a full service restaurant and requires up to 15 employees per day to operate successfully. Over the past five years we have personally contributed over $15,000 in tenant finish improvements, $20,000 invested in the bunker house, and countless personal hours to improve the facility. In 1998 Mackenzie's Pub & Grill will purchase a walk in cooler as an in kind contribution. The estimated cost of this project is $14,000. We will continue to make these types of contributions in addition to the payment schedule above. We believe this payment schedule creates a win -win situation for both the City of Fort Collins and Mackenzie's Pub & Grill.
