Dear Mr. Bruntz:
As you have been informed by telephone, your firm has been selected for an oral interview for our
Request for Proposal P-777, Golf Professional, Southridge Golf Course.
Your interview will occur on Wednesday, December 13, 2000 at 9:45 a.m. in the Mapletree
Conference Room at 281 North Collage Ave. in Fort Collins.
For the interview, you will have 15 minutes for a formal presentation in response to the
requirements of the Request for Proposal and then there will be a question and answer period of
30 minutes.
For your information, the other professionals selected for oral interviews were Derek Cordova, Dale
Smigelsky and Richard Frye.
