Dale has so many attributes as a golf professional and as a family man. He is career oriented as well as a successful business man. In my 25 years as a golf professional, Dale sticks out as being one of the elite among many. Dale played an instrumental role in Collindale's presence at our first Northern Colorado golf show with myself, Southridge, Fort Collins Country Club, and Ptarmigan. When he was at Collindale, we had a great working relationship regarding merchandising, so that we could help each other with inventory levels as well as helping the customer with exceptional customer service. This is not however, a relationship that exists with other golf professionals in the area. One of your candidates has a reputation for giving away his merchandise, and for poor customer service. This business is becoming extremely difficult and if golf professionals can't work together it hurts everyone, especially the customer. Dale truly loves the game of golf, not only is he a great player, but he is also an excellent instructor of the game. Although I am a professional myself, Dale has personally helped me with my game. He has proven himself successful in previous businesses. He is a promoter of the game, as well as the facility he is associated with. He is great for the game of golf because of his balance of both work and home. He loves his career as well as being a loving father and husband. Although the letters PGA stands for Professional Golfer's Association of America, I really feel, and am sure that Dale feels it really stands for Promotion of Golf in America.
