Dear Mr. Battke:
The City of Fort Collins intends to purchase the following vehicles. A purchase order will be issued
on or about January 6, 2003, subject to appropriation of funds for the purchase. The vehicles are:
Two (2) — Elgin F Eagle Street Sweepers with GMC chassis, equipped as specified in your quote of
December 20, 2002. Price for each unit will be $148,868 for a total of $297,736.
This vehicle may not be delivered until after a purchase order has been issued.
