Based on our conversations, following is an outline of tasks that will be needed to complete this project: 1. Review available material related to CMAQ project scoring, including the CMAQ Reporter written and electronic information, the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments CMAQ project package, and the North Front Range material from previous CMAQ funding cycles. 2. Adapt available information into a package that can be provided to CMAQ project sponsors for project submittal. The package will consist to printed material including a sampling of formulas required to calculate vehicle miles of travel (VMT) or other project benefits, default values and assumptions that can be entered into those formulas, and explanations of submittal requirements. 3. Attend an August 201h CMAQ Workshop to discuss project submittal requirements with prospective project sponsors. We would propose to conduct these services on a "time and material' basis. Under such an agreement, Felsburg Holt & Ullevig is compensated at hourly rates for all labor and other direct costs are reimbursed at 1.1 times actual costs.
