Re: Agreement P-758 Downtown Concessionaire Outdoor Vending
Dear Mr. Zdenek:
In response to your e-mail to Linda Samuelson dated July 23, 2003 requesting a change in your
hours of operation. Please review the following:
Per Section 3 of above referenced Agreement, change Sub -Section "N" to as follows
The Concessionaire must keep the concession area open for business as directed by the
City. Minimum hours of operation are two (2) to four (4) hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00
p.m. for days and two (2) to four (4) hours between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. for nights per
agreed to days of operation. Days and hours of operation shall be agreed to by both parties
and are as follows:
Day -10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday thru Sunday)
Night - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Monday thru Thursday, plus Sunday)
Night - 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday)
Concessionaire is not required to operate on national holidays, holidays recognized by the
City where City offices (except for emergency service offices) are closed.
If this change is acceptable, please sign both copies and return one (1) copy to the
City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division, P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 80522.
