This letter is informing you about the agreed rate increase for the banner hanging
contract. As agreed Hock Premium Lighting will be increasing the hourly rate from sixty
five dollars per hour to sixty seven dollars per hour. Hock Premium Lighting will also
now be charging thirty dollars per week pickup and delivery charge for the banner
service. These rates are as agreed by opal and other departments. All rate increases are
effective for July V 2003.
