Dear Madam/Gentlemen,
The City of Fort Collins, CO Utilities is notifying you that our Emergency Operations Plan
(ERP) has been completed. The Vulnerability Assessment was completed and sent to
you in January, 2003.
The attached certification document is being sent to you in compliance with Section
143(b) of the Safe Drinking Water Act as amended by the Public Health Security and
Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-188, Title IV —
Drinking Water Security and Safety).
If you have any questions regarding the attached certification document showing that the
