1) Meet with staff in Fort Collins to a) review staff's summary of the issue and preliminary parameters of a
solution, and b) on -site survey of the area in question;
2) Evaluate and comment on emerging ideas on this issue; and
3) Offer written or visual justification for certain ideas with av ' able r sily created graphics, concept
sketches in any format, photos, etc.

Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional Services
Agreement between the parties. In the event of a
conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the
Professional Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Aqreement shall control.
