7.4 OPTIONS
Electrically heated screed. Four elements, independently heated and thermostatically controlled,
adjustable from a central location.

8.0 FREIGHT TERMS
FOB destination, freight prepaid. All freight charges must be included in bid pricing.
9.0 DELIVERY
Delivery will occur 90-120 days after proper notification of bid award.

6.0 SPECIFICATIONS
Diminsions:
• Weight: - 30,580 lbs. With 15' Screed
Bid 45744, Asphalt Paver w/16' Screed
Main Screed:
• 8' to 15' hydraulic extendable screed with full 4' extension on RH side.
• '/a" to 8" paving depth. (can pave 12" deep by retracting tow point cylinders 4" above center)
• Extendable from 8' to a full 15' with front extension without add -on extensions. Has full 4'
extension on RH side for paving shoulder etc.
• Main screed and extension walkways fold up and down for backing up to side of building,
fence etc. 20 '/2" wide walkway for safety.
Suspension:
• Unit undercarriage — 14" wide rubber track with four tie points to the paver frame.
• Track length 90" center of sprocket to center of idler. Allows for turning shorter without
tearing up the base.
• Three sets of oscillating bogies for each track to minimize effects of grade roughness on the
mat.
• Four point suspension to main frame.
• Hydraulic rear auger frame, adjustable (up and down) for spreading auger height adjustment.
Engine:
• Six -cylinder turbo charged diesel engine: 152 hp at 2200 rpm.
• Hinged doors for easy access and ground level maintenance.
Traction Drive:
• Paving speed 0 to 280 fpm; travel speed 0 to 8 mph. (maximum paving efficiency and safety
when traveling.
Operator Station Controls:
• All electric controls with steering control contained in a single console, which easily slides on a
chrome bar from side to side.
Hopper:
• Capacity = 10.3 tons, 190 cubic feet.
• Front of the hopper 10' 6" wide.
Conveyor Accessories:
• Augers 16' diameter 5/9" thick cast ni-hard alloy.
• Solid, heavy-duty slat bars 1" x 2" mounted in drag slat chain.
