The City of Fort Collins Purchasing Division would like to thank you for your written response to
our request for Proposal #P-792, Advertising on Exterior and Interior of Transfort Buses.
Proposals were received from four (4) firms and Outdoor Promotions was selected for this project
subject to contract negotiations.
The proposals are evaluated in two stages: first, the written proposals are reviewed and ranked:
second, top ranked proposals are invited to give an oral presentation on their proposal. The City
uses six standard selection criteria to evaluate both the written and oral stages of the proposals.

The evaluation committee purpose is to select the most qualified firm by being fair and equitable
to all vendors.
