OPENING DATE: The opening date has been changed to December 16, 2002, 2:30p.m. (Our
Clock).
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes are hereby made.
1. The opening date has been changed to December 16, 2002, 2:30p.m. (Our Clock).
2. Another addendum will be issued at a later date clarifying parts of the RFP.
