COMPANY PROFILE
As one of the largest telecommunications contractors in Colorado, we have over 25 technicians working
in the field, as well as a full time office staff. Our 8,000 square foot corporate headquarters includes a
fully stocked warehouse and a complete line of tools and equipment (including an Optical Time Domain
Reflectometer and a fiber optic fusion splicer). We have 20 company vans, trucks, and trailers on the
road. Telesupport Services has been in business for over sixteen years with the same ownership.
TSI specializes in turnkey projects involving telephone switches, indoor telephone and data wiring, fiber
optics, copper splicing, fiber splicing, OSP termination, closet engineering, and has a BICSI RCDD on
staff. In addition, we combine our expertise in conduit, raceway and sleeve installation to meet all of
your telecommunication needs.
One of TSI's biggest customers is the University of Colorado at Boulder. TSI has been serving CU since
1986. CU's standard is a Systimax certified project with over 30,000 locations at this time.
TSI (a BICSI member) has been serving customers within the Rocky Mountain areas as well as across the
United States for over 16 years. We are certified in Confined Space Training, Hubbell Premise Wiring
installation, Lucent Fiber Optics Training ; Leviton, Panduit and Avaya Category 5E and Category 6E
installation. TSI also offers a 26 year Systemmate warranty from Mohawk, with this warranty you
are required to use Mohawk cable and any of the following connectivity products: Krone, Hubbell,
Interlink Technologies, Leviton, MOD -TAP, Ortronics, Panduit, Siemens, and Suttle Apparatus
and 3M. TSI's projects include new construction, remodels, renovations, daily MAC
(moves/adds/changes) work, telephone systems, data network cabling and subcontract projects.

includes Colorado University at Boulder, Ball Corporation, The Marriott, Weld County School District

Thank you for offering Telesupport Services Inc. (TSI) the opportunity to address your
communications cabling requirements for Bid #5757 Cabling -Fiber Optic And Copper.
This proposal makes the following assumptions:
♦ All work will be performed during normal business hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If required,
work that needs to be performed after normal business hours, or on Saturdays will be
calculated at an overtime rate of time and a half. Sundays and holidays are at a double time
rate.
♦ Access to the job -sites, without delay, is the responsibility of the Customer. If delays are
caused by inadequate access, additional charges may apply for technician downtime.
♦ All material is subject to delivery depending on manufacturer's stock availability.
♦ Delivery of some materials in less than seven (7) working days may incur Overnight or Next
Day Air shipping charges.
♦ The buildings and work areas are assumed to be free from any hazardous materials.
♦ The Customer shall provide adequate light and power at each jobsite.
♦ Pricing includes only the items listed on the pricing sheet. Consumables such as ty-wraps,
tape etc. are not included in the listed prices.
♦ Material pricing does not include labor to install.
♦ Material manufacturer(s) and part number(s) were not listed with all items the City desired
pricing on. Therefore, Telesupport Services has listed pricing with what seems to be the
product the City was wanting. Additional pricing can be provided if the exact manufacturer
and part number can be provided to Telesupport Services.
♦ Some projects may incur travel expenses over and above the attached pricing sheets for
labor and materials.

received. Telesupport Services, Inc. reserves the right to reclaim any unpaid product within the
terms of this agreement.
