This proposal makes the following assumptions: ♦ All work will be performed during normal business hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If required, work that needs to be performed after normal business hours, or on Saturdays will be calculated at an overtime rate of time and a half. Sundays and holidays are at a double time rate. ♦ Access to the job -sites, without delay, is the responsibility of the Customer. If delays are caused by inadequate access, additional charges may apply for technician downtime. ♦ All material is subject to delivery depending on manufacturer's stock availability. ♦ Delivery of some materials in less than seven (7) working days may incur Overnight or Next Day Air shipping charges. ♦ The buildings and work areas are assumed to be free from any hazardous materials. ♦ The Customer shall provide adequate light and power at each jobsite. ♦ Pricing includes only the items listed on the pricing sheet. Consumables such as ty-wraps, tape etc. are not included in the listed prices. ♦ Material pricing does not include labor to install. ♦ Material manufacturer(s) and part number(s) were not listed with all items the City desired pricing on.
