(hereinafter referred to as "the OWNER")
You are hereby notified that you are the successful Bidder and have been awarded Oil and
Lubricants; Bid No. 5546.
Please sign this letter in the space provided and return along with a current copy of your
insurance to the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division, 256 W. Mountain, Fort Collins, CO
80521.
You must comply with the above mentioned conditions within fifteen (15) days of the date of this
Notice of Award, that is by November 1, 2000. The current purchase order will remain in effect
with bid prices effective November 1, 2000, per terms and conditions of Bid #5546.
Failure to comply with these conditions within the time specified will entitle OWNER to consider
your Bid abandoned and to annul this Notice of Award.
