1. In compliance with your Invitation to Bid dated February 10, 2003
and subject to all conditions thereof, the undersigned

in the State of Colorado hereby proposes to furnish and do everything
required by the Contract Documents to which this refers for the
construction of all items listed on the following Bid Schedule or Bid
Schedules.
2. The undersigned Bidder does hereby declare and stipulate that this proposal
is made in good faith, without collusion or connection with any other
person or persons Bidding for the same Work, and that it is made in
pursuance of and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Invitation
to Bid and Instructions to Bidders, the Agreement, the detailed
Specifications, and the Drawings pertaining to the Work to be done, all of
which have been examined by the undersigned.
3. Accompanying this Bid is a certified or cashier's check or standard Bid
bond in the sum of 5% of total bid ($
) in accordance with the Invitation To Bid and
Instructions to Bidders.
4. The undersigned Bidder agrees to execute the Agreement and a Performance
Bond and a Payment Bond for the amount of the total of this Bid within
fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when the written notice of the
award of the contract is delivered to him at the address given on this Bid.
The name and address of the corporate surety with which the Bidder
proposes to furnish the specified performance and payment bonds is as
follows: Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, c/o Linden Company
4100 E. Mississippi Ave., #900, Denver, C4 80246.
5. All the various phases of Work enumerated in the Contract Documents with
their individual jobs and overhead, whether specifically mentioned,
included by implication or appurtenant thereto, are to be performed by the
CONTRACTOR under one of the items listed in the Bid Schedule, irrespective
of whether it is named in said list.
6. Payment for Work performed will be in accordance with the Bid Schedule or
Bid Schedules subject to changes as provided in the Contract Documents.

Projects are as follows:
In 1989, commenced grading of first major contract for the Denver International Airport
($48,000,000). Consisted of grading runways, grading for parking ramps, piping, and
drainage. The contractual schedule dictated 3,000,000 cubic yards per month be
moved to achieve the milestones. All of the milestones were accomplished within
budget.
In 1985, the company worked in New Mexico as a subcontractor for Corn Construction
Co. on several highway projects. The subcontract portions of these projects (grading
and drainage) ranged in size from $500,000 to $2,000,000. The total volume of work
in was in excess of $15,000,000.
Interstate 1-70 & C-470 Interchange ($4,000,000). Consisted of truck hauling of
embankment and drainage work.
Interstate Highway 1-76 ($20,000,000). Consisted of hauling with trucks for
embankment and interchanges, re -channeling Clear Creek, Rip Rap slopes,
excavating old garbage dumps and trucking to waste areas, and dynamic compaction.
Swedish Hospital ($60,000). General Contractor, M.A. Mortenson. Consisted of site
grading and piping.
Meridian Treatment Plant ($500,000). General Contractor, Centric.
Lakewood City Hall ($300,000). General Contractor, A.S.R. Consisted of site
grading, excavation, and backfill.
Superintendent on Airport project in Douglas, Wyoming ($1,200,000). Engineer, Isbill
& Associates. Consisted of grading runways and drainage.

The foregoing prices shall include all labor, materials, transportation,
shoring, removal, dewatering, overhead, profit, insurance, etc., to cover
the complete Work in place of the several kinds called for.
Bidder acknowledges that the OWNER has the right to delete items in the Bid
or change quantities at his sole discretion without affecting the Agreement
or prices of any item so long as the deletion or change does not exceed
twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Agreement Price.

Superintendent on Power Plant in Muscatine, Iowa ($1,500,000). Subcontractor to
M.A. Mortenson. Consisted of soul cement berm, site grading, piping, and mixing
Bentonite in ash holding ponds.
Superintendent on Interstate Highway 1-35E in Burnsville, Minnesota ($2,500,000).
Consisted of 2.5 miles heavy clearing and grubbing, excavation and swamp work,
cloverleaf interchange work, and piping.
Superintendent on Power Plant in Beulah, North Dakota ($3,000,000). Engineer,
Bechtel. Consisted of grading rail spurs, piping, graveling, site ponds, and site
grading.
1975 to 1976
Superintendent on Civic Center in Rapid City, South Dakota ($100,000). Consisted of
grading, sheet piling, and dewatering. Became a 10% shareholder and member of
Board of Directors for Ames Construction, Inc. Prior to 1976, the work was primarily
private developments and commercial construction with an annual gross volume of
approximately $1,000,000 per year.
1968 to 1975
Superintendent on treatment plant in Esterville, Iowa ($600,000). Consisted of
