Its annual revenues have averaged $14,000,000 per year and include a lease fleet in excess of 200 vehicles. Annually sales of transit products exceed 250 buses. Located in Colorado Springs, our corporate offices contain 30,000 square feet. Ten service bays with 4 certified mechanics. Parts inventory exceeds $250,000. EZ Rider 30' is a demo unit with 15,000 miles. The engine is a Cummins 8.3L 250 hp CNG fuel. This unit will include a full warranty (warranty description attached). The warranty on the engine expires in April 2003. Extended warranties are available and can be discussed prior to the award of the bid. This vehicle meets or exceeds all specifications in section 3.0. Pricing Enclosed is a copy of Intermountain Coach Leasing, Inc. lease agreement. As of November 6, 2002, this bus is available. This units is for sale to all E1Dorado National dealers. Notice must be given on any covered failure and delivered to a Cummins Engine or Allison Transmission authorized warranty repair location for repair. ElDorado National Warrants the E-Z Rider to the first purchaser for two years from the date of sale, or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. However, this warranty is subject to the following limitations. (I.) This warranty extends only to the first purchaser from ElDorado National and is not transferable. (2.) Any warranty of merchantability or fitness implied under law is limited to two years from the date of sale (3.) The first purchaser must give notice of any defects to ElDorado National at the address shown here and secure approval for the repair work to be performed. ElDorado National requir8s that all work performed under the terms of this limited warranty that exceeds two hundred dollars must be approved by the E[Dorado National service manager prior to the work being performed. ElDorado National will coordinate or make all repairs or replacements pursuant to this warranty provided that the vehicle is delivered to any authorized ElDorado National service facility or manufacturing plant. Items not covered by Warranty: This warranty shall not apply to any defect or failure in material or workmanship caused by any of the following: (a) Accident, or unauthorized, unreasonable or negligent use of the vehicle. (b) Failure to comply with all maintenance requirements or recommendations specified. (c) Unauthorized or unreasonable modifications, change or alteration of the vehicle, including but not limited to, the installation of special equipment. (d) Items ordinarily depreciated by use, including but not limited to tires, fluids, filters, and bulbs. (e) Damaged or product failure caused by freezing, flooding, fire or any occurrence that may be termed an "Act of God". ElDorado National makes no warranty whatsoever as to the engine, transmission, and air conditioning units not manufactured by ElDorado National, that are covered by warranties of that component manufacturers of the same. ElDorado National shall, however, to the extent practical, assign to The first purchaser all of the warranties of the manufacturers of such components without assuming any responsibility therefor. ElDorado National does not assume responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages incurred as a result of any defect in the vehicle. Such consequential or incidental damages may include, but are not limited to, loss of use of the vehicle; loss of time; inconvenience; mental distress; expense for fuel, travel, lodging or damage to personal property; or loss of earnings or other revenue. ElDorado National does not assume responsibility for any undertaking, representation or warranty made by dealers, agents, salesmen, representatives, employees or any other persons, other than those expressed herein. The failure of ELDorado National on any one or more instances to insist upon the performance by the first purchaser of any one of the requirements of this warranty as set forth above, shall not be construed as a waiver of any such requirements; but the same shall continue and remain in full force and effect the same as if no such failure or waiver had occurred. All correspondence relating to this warranty must contain the ElDorado National serial number of the vehicle, mileage and date of sale.
