We changed the scope to include placing sod in the parkways along the existing subdivisions since this area will be maintained by the adjacent property owners. The parks department decided it would be too costly to mow the medians, therefore we are placing mulch and a weed barrier in the medians until we hire a landscaper to place the plantings.
