I thought I had faxed this back to you before I left for vacation, but obviously I did not. I apologize for the delay. Attached is my signed renewal letter for the Portable Sanitation units that we currently provide for the City of Fort Collins. According to our records, Waste Management has never increased the rates for these services (3 years). In light of that fact, we are respectfully requesting that we be allowed an increase, which exceeds the Denver/Boulder CPI. If allowed, Waste Management will increase the Port-O-Let rates from $60 per unit for 1xtwk service to $70 per unit and rates will be effective on July 1, 2003. I'm sure you understand that we've reviewed this adjustment very carefully and are only passing through the increased costs we have incurred over the past three years. For your convenience, I have attached a list of active Port-O-Let accounts and the new rates for 2003. We look forward to serving the City of Fort Collins for many years to come.
