Exhibit B: Additional Insured coverage is not available, However a Certificate of Insurance will be issued per coverage outlined below. Please add negligent acts or Omissions during the performance of any of service provider's services. The Wackenhut Corporation has what we believe to be the best insurance program available in today's insurance market. The program covers the Parent Corporation and all subsidiaries. Coverage is written by one of the largest insurance companies knowledgeable in the requirements of the Security industry and, therefore, the needs of our clients. A resume of our portfolio follows for your consideration. COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL AND AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY POLICY General Liability 1. Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability — Covers legal liability for bodily injury and property damage arising out of an occurrence involved in the operations of The Wackenhut Corporation; limits of $5,000,000 combined single limit and $5,000,000 aggregate. 2. Personal Injury Coverage - Covers legal liability for damages resulting from personal injury including, but not limited to, false arrest, false imprisonment, detention, libel and slander, malicious prosecution, invasion of privacy, wrongful eviction, or wrongful entry, mental injury, mental anguish, shock, defamation of character, discrimination; limits of $5,000,000 combined single limit and $5,000,000 aggregate. 3. Independent Contractor's Protective Liability — Covers legal liability for either bodily injury or property damage to others arising out of the operations of independent contractors who are subcontractors of The Wackenhut Corporation; limits of $5,000,000 combined single limit and $5,000,000 aggregate. Client Property Coverage - Covers legal liability for loss or injury to or destruction of property of the client entrusted to The Wackenhut Corporation caused by dishonesty or negligence of its employees; limits of $5,000,000 combined single limit and $5,000,000 aggregate. 5. Blanket Contractual Coverage - Covers liability assumed by The Wackenhut Corporation by contract or agreement; limits of $5,000,000 combined single limit and $5,000,000 aggregate. 6. Broad Form Property Endorsement - In lieu of bonding, Wackenhut provides insurance coverage to cover client's loss due to Wackenhut's dishonesty, etc. 7. Errors and Omissions Coverage — Covers legal liability for losses from errors, omissions or acts of employees of The Wackenhut Corporation in the conduct of its business; limits of $5,000,000 combined single limit and $5,000,000 aggregate. 8. Comprehensive Automobile Liability - Covers legal liability for bodily injury and property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of any vehicle utilized in connection with the operations of The Wackenhut Corporation; limits of $5,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. Worker's Compensation Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability covers all employees of The Wackenhut Corporation in every state allowing Worker's Compensation Insurance to be written in an Insurance Company. In those few states requiring State Fund Insurance, The Wackenhut Corporation is a subscriber to the state program. Excess Insurance In addition to the coverages and limits described herein, the Corporation also carries Excess Liability to meet client's requirements. Additional Insurance Automatic coverage is provided under Maritime Law and the Longshoremen's and U.S. Harbor Worker's Act. (our clockl WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS' REQUIREMENTS FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR PARKING STRUCTURES PER THE BID INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED SPECIFICATIONS: The City of Fort Collins Parking Services Department is requesting bids for Security Guard Services in two parking structures located in downtown Fort Collins. The Old Town Parking Structure located at 102 Remington St. and the Civic Center Parking Structure at 120 North Mason St. A pre -bid meeting to review the structures will be held on November 7, 2002 at 10:00 am at 215 N Mason room 2D. Awarded contractor must sign the attached Service Agreement and provide insurance per Exhibit "B". This is a one year contract and may be renewed up to three more years.
