(our clock) WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS' REQUIREMENTS FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR PARKING STRUCTURES PER THE BID INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED SPECIFICATIONS: The City of Fort Collins Parking Services Department is requesting bids for Security Guard Services in two parking structures located in downtown Fort Collins. The Old Town Parking Structure located at 102 Remington St. and the Civic Center Parking Structure at 120 North Mason St. A pre -bid meeting to review the structures will be held on November 7, 2002 at 10:00 am at 215 N Mason room 2D. Awarded contractor must sign the attached Service Agreement and provide insurance per Exhibit B" This is a one year contract and may be renewed up to three more years. Uniformed Armed Security of Headquarter Access control to the FEMA Headquarters for the Flood of 1997 Ft Collins Access control for the Public Assistance Offices in the University Mall Daily reports, incidents and Lock up of both locations. Drake Crossing Provide security for the entire complete of stores, walkways, and parking lots. Public relations contacts with patrons, individuals loitering, homeless intoxicated in the area. Check doors and alarms in the area. Logs maintained on all activity. Incident and police reports submitted to the management of the complex as required. Overall report sent with monthly invoice.
