WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS' REQUIREMENTS
FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR PARKING STRUCTURES PER THE BID INVITATION AND
ANY REFERENCED SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Fort Collins Parking Services Department is requesting bids for Security Guard Services
in two parking structures located in downtown Fort Collins. The Old Town Parking Structure located
at 102 Remington St. and the Civic Center Parking Structure at 120 North Mason St.
A pre -bid meeting to review the structures will be held on November 7, 2002 at 10:00 am at 215 N
Mason room 2D. Awarded contractor must sign the attached Service Agreement and provide
insurance per Exhibit B" This is a one year contract and may be renewed up to three more years.

Item A) Experience
Anlance Protection, Ltd. has provided Armed Security for numerous customers since 1991.
Anlance has been and continues to be entrusted with the protection of sites with considerable

Uniformed Armed Security of the Manufacturing Facility.
Hourly walk through inspections of various areas in the facility.

Access control for the Public Assistance Offices in the University Mall

Provide security for the entire complete of stores, walkways, and parking lots.
Public relations contacts with patrons, individuals loitering, homeless intoxicated in the
area.
Check doors and alarms in the area.
Logs maintained on all activity. Incident and police reports submitted to the management
of the complex as required.

Emergency response to the HUB for security issues.
Maintain logs, court papers, warrants, and detention papers transport records and
statistics for Larimer court and all agencies using the Transport Services.
Reports and invoices submitted monthly.
Public Relations interaction with juvenile and adult detainees, relatives, Mental Health
patients, Larimer County employees, Law Enforcement personnel, Detention personnel,
court officers and the general public.
State of Colorado
Transport of Juvenile Detainees to the "Boot Camp" program
Maintain logs, records and documents relating to the detaining and the transport.
Reports submitted each month with invoice.
Rawhide Power Facility
Site security and access control for all building on site and 5000 surrounding acres.
Contract with employees, staff, vendors, Contractors and Visitors to the facility
Protection of facility staff and assets.
Genesis Labs
Site security and protection of buildings, laboratories and grounds
Contact with Trespassers on the site in a professional, public related fashion
Nightly reports on all activities of the site
Harmony Campus
Site security, protection of facility personnel, grounds,, lock and unlock of this Medical
Facility seven days per week.
Response to the facility for public incidents employing strong Public Relations skills with
and emphasis on safety of everyone involved.

Operational Structure
The Duty Agent will handle all issues while on shift. Incidents will be reported to the city
representative and Corporal as require for follow up.
Log of the previous night will be sent to both city representative and Antance Office.
Weekly checks with city representative for updates, information and overall issues
Item E) Contact Numbers
There will be one Duty Officer assigned as the contacting Agent for these site. The Duty Agents
pager, cell phone number and home number will be giving to the city representative so that a clean
line of communications can be maintained Additionally, a contact list will be forwarded to the
city representative with all Anlance Protection, Ltd phone numbers.
In the event of emergencies or failure of the above systems, use 970 204-2000 to reach agents on
site, duty agent and Duty Officers.
