Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Alternative Evaluation for the Proposed Mulberry/Riverside Storm Sewer Improvements (ACE Project No. COFC2003.02) Dear Tim: At this point in Mulberry/Riverside project we find that we have incurred costs above those anticipated by our original Scope of Work and Budget. These costs have arisen primarily due to the conversion of our design drawings to a format suitable for inclusion directly into the State of Colorado's plan set for Riverside Avenue. The coordination and drafting efforts required to produce 11 "x17" sheets using the State's title block, including re -drawing the profiles on the plan sheets to provide; scalable drawings in the smaller format, have amounted to additional costs totaling $I,100. Consequently, we respectfully request a change order in the amount of $1,100 to cover this additional work effort.
