The City of Fort Collins Transportation Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide
Graphic Dosign Services, as regi:ifed, for verinus marketing programs. The objective is to have a pro -
approved outside source available for praiects that exceed in-house capacity and/or Capabilities. Please
supply hourly rare and ability to meet or exceed the below referenced spec4icetions.

• Use a PC computer only for our projects (Because of difficulties in translation we've
experience-- in the past, no Macintosh computers should be used for our projects)
• EXpertise in various programs:
PC version of In Design 2,0
PC version of Illustrator 10
PC version of Photoshap 6,0
• Creative development
Graphic design (layout and caste-,:p)
• Work within budget parameters
• Ability to do press :;I1BCK&
• Muiii-media development (radio copy, television scripting, power point presentations, wo.)
• Artwork delivered to is or directly *a the printer
• All vvork put on CDs for our filee; access to ine msterlala when finished.
• Product to be compatible vvith Windows XP.
• Ability to do small jobs as well as urge jobs.
• Coordination with printers for blds and delivery, when needed. At times, we w1l war-( with
priniers but we would like this graphic designer Io be able to do this also.
• No up charge for working with printers. We wil! pay hourly for the work, but do not went the
graphic designer to place an up charge on the printer bids received.
• All artwork needs a signoff by the project manager before it goes to printer.
