Mountain Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80521 Dear Mr. O'Neill: This letter is a request for a cost of living increase concerning the renewal of Bid#5473, Micellaneous Concrete Program. Vogel Concrete is requesting an increase of 3.4% on all of the line items. Although we have had a significant decrease in diesel fuel, (25%), our health insurance, concrete cost and labor cost have increased. Our group health insurance, of which Vogel Concrete pays 50%, is up 22%. High early concrete is up 4.4%, and labor approximately 2%. The City of Fort Collins is our most valued customer, so please call if you have any questions regarding this matter. Thank you, Dan Vogel
