Dear Mr. O'Neill:
This letter is a request for a cost of living increase concerning the renewal of Bid#5473,
Micellaneous Concrete Program. Vogel Concrete is requesting an increase of 3.4% on all
of
the line items.
Although we have had a significant decrease in diesel fuel, (25%), our health insurance,
concrete cost and labor cost have increased. Our group health insurance, of which Vogel
Concrete pays 50%, is up 22%. High early concrete is up 4.4%, and labor approximately
2%.
The City of Fort Collins is our most valued customer, so please call if you have any
questions regarding this matter.
Thank you,
Dan Vogel
